France Solar was founded in 2009 with just three employees. Today, their headquarters is located in the Northeastern part of France, Alsace, and the company has more than 250 employees. They provide their products and services to customers, mainly in France and Switzerland.
France Solar's goal is to offer its customers innovative products and services at the best costs. We have spoken with Frédéric Rexer, Business Development Manager at France Solar. He is in charge of managing Adversus and has given an insight into the company's work and how they, since the beginning of 2020, have been using Adversus to achieve and support customers efficiently.
''Before Adversus, we were using a different dialing software, which unfortunately ended their activity. They then suggested Adversus, and to be honest, we didn't expect it to be such a comprehensive tool, where all of our needs were met. We actually ended up canceling some of our old software subscriptions because they became redundant,'' Frédéric Rexer begins.
One of the things Frédéric Rexer is thrilled about is the range of features that Adversus provides through the platform. Especially the overview of activity he has received is much appreciated.
“I like the Live feature. I can listen to agents when they’re on a call, which allows me to give feedback instantly - even as the call is ongoing without the lead or customer hearing me. It’s a huge help, especially when it’s an important call. Furthermore, I’m also using a lot of statistics and reports as I’m the one responsible for sourcing contacts and sales planning,” Frédéric Rexer explains.
To visualize their performance, Frederic Rexer has built several dashboards to track KPIs. That way, he can monitor behavior and achievements daily.
“I have created dashboards for my usage and some to show my boss. We find them very useful in tracking success indicators, which have developed positively since we started using Adversus,” Frédéric Rexer continues.
Like in many other countries, companies were forced to close down activities to meet the government's restrictions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately, France Solar has been able to continue its sales and support despite these challenges.
''During the lockdown in France, we continued using Adversus as we did before. Unfortunately, we had several coronavirus cases in France Solar, but we still managed to continue our activity. The sales and support team wasn't affected noticeably by this, and now everything is back to our regular daily working routine.''

No matter if it's during a weekend, holiday, or at night, my support manager, Frederic Mehanna, helps me right away. Everything I'm requesting, I'll receive fast, and I hope we can continue like that.''
France Solar has worked with Adversus since the beginning of 2020, but there's still potential to optimize their work even further. Frédéric Rexer is especially looking forward to getting started with the integration part of Adversus.
''I'm grateful for Adversus' openness and for making our daily work easier, more enjoyable, and more effective. We use many of the platform's features to enhance our working routine, but we have not been using any integrations yet. We are planning to do so soon to continue optimizing our business. We have wished for specific integrations and some additional features that the Adversus team is already working on. All of our wishes have been heard, which makes this a great cooperation,'' Frédéric Rexer finishes.
